We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider, either a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, to join a dynamic healthcare team in the Central Plains region of the United States. This role involves delivering high-quality, patient-focused care in partnership with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical exams and gather detailed patient medical histories.
• Diagnose and manage a variety of acute and chronic health conditions.
• Prescribe medications, treatments, and therapies within your scope of practice.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests including labs and imaging studies.
• Educate and counsel patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Create, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.
• Adhere to all regulatory, legal, and ethical standards governing clinical practice.

Education and Experience

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Preferred: Advanced clinical training or certification in a relevant specialty.

Licenses and Certifications

• Current state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• National board certification (e.g., AANP, ANCC, NCCPA).
• Active DEA registration if applicable.
