Your Role Will Include:

• Conducting thorough patient evaluations, arranging diagnostic investigations, and crafting personalized care plans
• Identifying and managing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions autonomously or collaboratively, guided by your government-issued credentials
• Empowering patients and their families with knowledge on preventative care, wellness strategies, and chronic illness management
• Prescribing necessary medications and therapies according to your practice license
• Engaging in patient follow-up and managing chronic health issues effectively
• Working in an interdisciplinary fashion to deliver seamless, patient-centered care
• Maintaining meticulous and accurate patient documentation through electronic medical records (EMR)

What You Need:

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree
• Graduation from an accredited NP program

Your Certification Must Include:

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure for the state of Kansas
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or readiness to obtain these within 90 days)
