Job Title: Residential New Construction Sales Manager
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $100,000 to $125,000 Base Salary + commissions (Target OTE: $300,000)
Schedule: Full time
About Us: We are a premier national mechanical systems and home services provider scaling our footprint in the Phoenix market. We pride ourselves on operational excellence and aggressive growth, currently targeting a massive division expansion from $30M to $150M.
The Role: We are hiring a full time Sales Manager to lead our Residential New Construction division. You will serve as a pure hunter, capturing market share by building executive level relationships with major home builders.
Responsibilities:
Aggressively hunt and secure new contracts with large scale residential builders.
Lead, mentor, and expand a high performing local sales team.
Analyze branch P&L statements to ensure maximum profitability and operational efficiency.
Partner with regional leadership to execute aggressive revenue scaling strategies.
Requirements:
Proven track record as a sales hunter in B2B environments.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to read and optimize P&L statements.
Prior background in residential new construction, HVAC, or home services is highly preferred.
Existing knowledge of the Phoenix home building market.
