We at Wolverine Glass are looking for a friendly and proactive Shower Door Order Specialist to join our dynamic team
In this role, you will be an essential part of our operations, ensuring that data is accurately entered and maintained while also providing exceptional service to our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing order entry tasks and resolving customer queries promptly and efficiently.

• Process customer orders and quotes accurately using our ERP system, with a primary focus on shower doors.
  
• Manage inventory, including purchasing and stocking, of shower door hardware.
  
• Manage incoming calls and maintain effective communication with customers.
  
• Verify data accuracy and make corrections as necessary
  
• Assist customers with their order and provide product information and status updates
  
• Collaborate with coworkers to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
  

Requirements

• Proficient in computer use
  
• Intermediate spreadsheet (Google Sheets / Excel) knowledge
  
• Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles - 2+ years
  
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional email correspondence.
  
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  
• A friendly attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  
• Demonstrate excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  
• Apply basic mathematical principles to daily tasks.
  
• Maintain strong organizational standards for all records and documentation.

• PTO: 40 hours (5 Days) at day 91, 80 Hours (10 Days) at year 1, 120 Hours (15 days) at year 5
