Staff Accountant
This experienced staff accountant will play an integral role in accurately preparing the company’s accounting records and performance.  This role is someone on the verge of senior perhaps. We are actively seeking a Staff Accountant with a 4 year bachelors degree and ideally 4 year(s) experience.  Salary depends on experience, plus bonus, and will offer great benefits.  The position reports to an Accounting Manager who will be an awesome mentor to help groom your experience with best practices.  Responsibilities will include:

• Month-end activities, journal entries, GL & account reconciliation and analysis.
• Assist with monthly budget vs. actual variance analysis.
• Coordinate with regions to get their financial results and combine and consolidate.
• Balance sheet reconciliation and reporting.
• Bank reconciliation & daily bank updates.
• Posting monthly accrual journal entries, fixed assets and depreciation.
• Financial reporting, preparation of supporting schedules, and data analysis.
• Strong Accounting systems experience and intermediate Excel skills are desired
• Strong communication and presentation skills would be necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or related
• Fixed assets experience
• 4 years of experience
