Senior Analyst - Global Hyperscale Investments

Underwrite deal economics and perform detailed financial analysis of prospective hyperscale leases and build‑to‑suit developments. Partner with the VP of Acquisitions and VP of GHT on underwriting and evaluating potential transactions and investments. Complete comprehensive lease abstracts summarizing critical terms and be prepared to report on and track deal trends. Build and maintain a hyperscale market information database tracking executed deal terms, development pipelines, construction and operating budgets, market refresh data, and leasing activity. Contribute to Investment Committee requests supporting deal approval and capital allocations. Work independently to complete underwriting, financial modeling, and analysis within required timelines. Requirements 8+ years of experience in finance or commercial real estate Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record Advanced proficiency in Excel Argus proficiency is preferred Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with a strong sense of urgency Hard Skills financial analysis underwriting financial modeling lease abstracts deal economics market information database construction budgets operating budgets Excel Argus Soft Skills prioritization time management written communication verbal communication presentation skills organizational skills attention to detail independence sense of urgency ability to work under pressure Certifications & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
