Responsibilities of team members include:

• Working together to ensure all guests enjoy a high-quality experience, whether preparing food in the kitchen or serving guests in the dining area
• Preparing, cooking, and assembling food safely, quickly, and efficiently while meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and genuine hospitality
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen, counter, and dining area
• Ensuring all products meet Chick-fil-A quality, safety, and brand standards
• Helping with opening and closing duties as assigned
• Following all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
• Communicating clearly and effectively with guests, team members, and leaders
• Maintaining consistent attendance, punctuality, and a positive attitude

Qualifications and requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Consistent, reliable, and punctual
• Cheerful and positive attitude; loves to serve and help others
• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures accurately
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Willing and able to work flexible hours
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (4+ consecutive hours)
