Sales Associate

Sales Associate (Los Angeles Area) This is a commission only position with commission paid for each meeting coordinated and additional rolling commission paid for each contract established. We are looking for Sales Associates to join our Sales Team and sell our IT consulting services. Successful individuals may be offered a base salary in addition to commissions. Since this is a commission only position, there is no required schedule or number of work hours. The Sales Team's primary responsibilities are to grow our client base and maintain customer relationships. The new Sales Team member will be responsible for discovering and leveraging contact lists to generate leads and set up meetings. Once qualified leads are established, a senior 25 by 7 staff member will close the sale of services with an onsite visit. We currently have a nearly perfect closing rate on sales once an in-person meeting is established. It is desirable that a Sales Associate have an IT or Sales background and some technical knowledge. However, no previous IT experience is required. Basic training and guidance will be given on technologies we support. Sales Associate Qualifications Overall understanding of technology Reliable Internet Access – For accessing client data. Professional demeanor and attitude The ability to work independently and with little supervision.
