Salary: $65,000–$75,000

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Personal Lines Assistant Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Personal Lines professional who has at least one year of experience and is ready to take the next step in their career.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, client-focused, and enjoys working with both clients and insurance carriers. This role will provide exposure to account management, renewals, client service, and cross-selling while offering an opportunity to grow into greater responsibility.

What You’ll Do

\n

\n
• Provide friendly and responsive service to Personal Lines clients and prospects
\n
• Assist with day-to-day servicing of personal insurance accounts
\n
• Follow up with insurance carriers and underwriters regarding submissions and policy status
\n
• Assist with client proposals and insurance summaries
\n
• Assist with renewals and help ensure they are completed accurately and on time
\n
• Process endorsements, auto ID cards, policy changes, and other client service requests
\n
• Maintain accurate client information and documentation within the agency management system
\n
• Assist with client retention
\n
• Communicate with clients regarding policy questions, changes, and follow-up items
\n
• Maintain a paperless, organized workflow
\n
• Support the Personal Lines team and take on additional responsibilities as experience grows
\n

\n

What We’re Looking For

\n

\n
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Personal Lines insurance
\n
• Active P&C insurance license preferred/required
\n
• Strong customer service and communication skills
\n
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
\n
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office technology
\n
• Client-focused with a professional and positive attitude
\n
• Willingness to learn and grow within the Personal Lines insurance field
\n
• Experience with an agency management system is a plus (EPIC Preferred)
\n
• Personal Lines comparative rating experience is a plus
\n
