Locum - Physician - OB/GYN Richmond, VA

Bon Secours Richmond OB/GYN at St. Mary’s is seeking experienced locum physicians to support our practice during upcoming coverage needs. What You Bring:

Medical degree (MD or DO) with valid OB/GYN licensure in Virginia
Proven experience managing low to high-risk pregnancies and performing routine gynecologic procedures
Strong clinical skills, including fetal monitoring, ultrasounds, and delivery procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to handle call rotations and work independently when needed

Nice to Have:

Experience with NICU Level IIID procedures
Prior experience in hospital and outpatient settings
Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically EPIC
Certification in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) or similar credentials

Preferred Education & Experience:

Board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN
Minimum of 3 years of clinical practice in obstetrics and gynecology
Prior locum or hospital-based experience is a plus

Additional Requirements:

Availability to start on May 26, 2026, with coverage extending through June 11, 2026
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with on-call responsibilities
Willingness to travel, if necessary, with all airfare, lodging, and related expenses reimbursed
Valid applicable state medical licenses and certifications
