IMMEDIATE GROWTH OPPORTUNITY WITH FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE:

This is more than an opportunity to pick up a few coaching hours. The position begins at approximately 5 to 15 hours per week with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to grow from there. For the right coach, there is room to expand your coaching schedule, increase your earning potential and pursue future leadership opportunities including Head Coach and Studio Manager positions.

As an Alloy Coach, you'll work with clients through Alloy's personalized small group personal training model, typically coaching 4 to 6 clients per session while still providing individualized attention, programming, accountability and support.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Coach small groups of approximately 4 to 6 clients per training session
• Personalize daily workouts based on each client's individual needs, goals and fitness level
• Provide support, motivation and accountability to help clients achieve their fitness goals
• Demonstrate proper exercise form and technique
• Ensure every training session is effective, safe and fun
• Monitor client progress and maintain accurate progress notes
• Build strong, lasting relationships with members
• Follow the Alloy method for client contact and follow up
• Create an energetic, welcoming and professional training environment
• Maintain a clean, organized and client ready studio
• Uphold the mission and core values of Alloy Personal Training

THE IDEAL MATCH:

• Previous experience as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Coach, Group Fitness Coach or in a related fitness role
• Personal Training Certification
• CPR/AED certification
• Small Group Personal Training or Group Fitness experience preferred
• Experience with strength training, functional training or individualized exercise programming is a plus
• Ability to confidently coach clients across all fitness levels
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Passion for health, fitness and helping people achieve meaningful results
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high energy, team oriented environment
• Strong work ethic, professionalism and reliability
• A growth mindset and interest in developing professionally as the organization expands
