Human Resources Manager

Financial Additions is working with a growing commercial real estate appraisal and advisory firm seeking an experienced, people-focused HR professional to lead day-to-day people operations, including recruiting, onboarding, and manager support. This role will play a key part in strengthening company culture, enhancing HR processes, and helping build a high-performing, values-driven organization. Lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes to attract, hire, and retain top talent. Partner with managers to provide coaching, performance management support, and guidance on employee relations and difficult conversations. Develop and improve scalable HR policies, processes, training programs, and people operations to support company growth. Oversee HR administration, including employee records, compliance, benefits coordination, and collaboration with payroll and leadership. Champion company culture by driving employee engagement, values-based initiatives, and a positive employee experience. HR Manager Qualifications 6–8+ years of progressive HR experience in an HR Generalist, HR Manager, People Operations, or similar role. Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations. Strong leadership coaching, communication, conflict resolution, and performance management skills. Experience building and improving HR processes in a growing, entrepreneurial organization while balancing empathy and accountability. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; experience with ADP Workforce Now and EOS is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
