- Data entry for shipment details (Air/Ocean import & export).
- Tracking shipments and updating status to customers via email/phone.
- Preparing shipping documents (Labels, Invoices, Packing Lists).
- Communicating with trucking companies and airlines/steamship lines.
- General office support (Filing, scanning, answering phones)
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
- Bilingual (Spanish/Korean) is a plus
