• Pay Rate: $52.26/hour

What You'll Do

• Provide urgent and emergency care to a diverse patient population, including trauma stabilization and multispecialty support.
• Manage ventilators, critical care infusions, cardiac rhythm interpretation, and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Support patients with conditions such as STEMI, stroke, respiratory failure, sepsis, and more.
• Collaborate with ED physicians, hospitalists, and other healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform procedures including splinting, assisting with conscious sedation, and administering TPA for stroke patients.
• Ensure accurate charting and documentation using Meditech Expanse EMR system.
• Participate in flexible scheduling and holiday coverage as required.

What You Need

• Active RN license in Louisiana or eligible for licensure transfer
• At least 2 years of ER experience, including critical care skills
• Certification: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI or MOAB
• Ventilator management, cardiac monitoring, and trauma experience

• Experience with stroke TPA administration
• Knowledge of ICU equipment and procedures
• Ability to pass EKG competency exam prior to onboarding
