The Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycles for technical and professional positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source and evaluate qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and manage requisitions through the ATS. The recruiter serves as a strategic hiring partner, helping attract top talent while ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2–4 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Proven experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing technical candidates.
• Strong experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.

This is a Contract position based out of Oxnard, CA.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr.
