Why You'll Love This Opportunity ✅ Diverse HR responsibilities with exposure to all aspects of Human Resources ✅ Opportunity to partner closely with leadership and employees ✅ Stable organization with a team-oriented culture ✅ Professional growth and development opportunities What You'll Do Payroll & HRIS Administration Process and submit payroll accurately and on time Review and approve employee timecards through a cloud-based system Maintain payroll records and employee data Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies Assist with payroll-related audits and reporting Employee Onboarding & HR Support Coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding Maintain employee records and HR documentation Support employee policies, procedures, and handbook updates Serve as a trusted resource for employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and HR programs Assist with employee communications and HR initiatives Benefits & Leave Administration Administer employee benefit programs Support vacation, sick leave, and leave tracking Assist employees with benefit-related questions Coordinate workers' compensation and disability claims Ensure compliance with benefit and leave policies Compliance & Employee Relations Maintain HR compliance records and certifications Support corrective action documentation and HR investigations Assist leadership with policy implementation and employee relations matters Help ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information Administrative & Operational Support Assist with recruitment and hiring activities Manage office inventory and administrative records Support fleet registration and compliance tracking Partner with management on various operational and HR initiatives Contribute to process improvements and organizational efficiency What We're Looking For 3+ years of Human Resources experience 2+ years of payroll processing experience Strong understanding of HR practices, compliance, and employee relations Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems Ability to learn new software and systems quickly Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience with BambooHR, Microsoft Dynamics SL, or similar HR/payroll platforms Benefits administration experience Experience supporting compliance and employee documentation processes Ready to Take the Next Step?
