FAMILY LAW ATTORNEY: YOUR ROLE

As our Family Law Attorney, you will manage cases involving divorce, child custody, and high-net-worth property division. You will provide strategic guidance to clients at every stage, represent them during hearings and mediations across Texas, and draft necessary legal documents. Your role will include conducting consultations, developing case strategies, and offering honest evaluations to empower informed decisions. You will focus on achieving resolutions that minimize conflict and support family relationships, while providing compassionate advocacy during challenging times. This position offers a flexible remote or hybrid work environment.

QULAIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of dedicated family law experience in Texas
• Juris Doctor (J.D.)
• Active membership in the State Bar of Texas
• Be in good standing with no history of disciplinary action or public sanctions
• Exceptional oral advocacy, legal writing, and high emotional intelligence
• Knowledge of CRM Systems and the ability to run timers on all your casework
• Understands Google Software
• Ability to work collaboratively in a competitive yet positive environment
• Ability to multitask
• Proficiency in modern practice management software is a plus

YOUR SCHEDULE

Enjoy the flexibility of a remote/hybrid work environment while maintaining a consistent Monday-through-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime opportunities available.
