Senior Associate, Pursuits and Proposals

Key Responsibilities Proposal Management: Create and refine qualification materials, proposals, presentations, and marketing assets while maintaining brand standards Process Coordination: Review RFPs/RFQs, manage production schedules, and facilitate pursuit activities Strategic Support: Participate in go/no-go decisions, develop competitive analyses, and craft winning strategies Content Development: Write persuasive proposal sections, validate content against requirements, and research supporting materials Graphic Design: Create engaging custom sales collateral aligned with JLL or client brand standards Knowledge Management: Add updated and new sales materials to knowledge management database; drive process improvement and efficiency in the organization of our sales materials Team Collaboration: Lead preparation meetings, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and participate in debrief sessions Education and Experience 2 - 5+ years in pursuit management Bachelor's degree in related field Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Understanding of interior design, design agencies, and architecture Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools High emotional intelligence and ability to work in matrixed environment Technologically savvy with ability to evaluate and implement new tools Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills Strong graphic design skills Ability to lead group sales pursuits Strong verbal communication and presentation skills Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail Deep understanding of and commitment to client service Strategic thinking and business development acumen Strong team collaboration skills This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this position: 60,000.00 – 80,000.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
