Account Executive | Digital Marketing Sales
We are recruiting an Account Executive for a leading European digital marketing agency that is now expanding aggressively into the United States.
With over 25 years of experience helping small and medium-sized businesses grow their online presence, this company has built a strong reputation across Europe and is now bringing that same proven model to the U.S. market through its growing New York office.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who wants to join a company with international credibility, strong market momentum, and real career advancement potential as the U.S. business continues to scale.
About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will connect with small and medium-sized business owners to discuss how digital marketing, SEO, and online marketing solutions can help them attract more customers and grow their business.
This is a true sales role where you will prospect new clients, manage your pipeline, conduct consultative conversations, and work toward closing new business. You will have the support of structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and a leadership team focused on helping you succeed.
The role offers a base salary plus commission, giving you income stability while still providing strong earning potential based on performance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prospecting and reaching out to small and medium-sized businesses
- Speaking with business owners about their online presence and marketing goals
- Presenting SEO and digital marketing solutions in a consultative way
- Managing your own pipeline and following up consistently
- Working closely with the team to improve sales performance
- Representing the company professionally in every client interaction
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred
- Comfortable prospecting and speaking with business owners
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Reliable, professional, and consistent
- Stable work history with strong follow-through
Compensation & Benefits
