Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop customized treatment plans that are both goal-oriented and rooted in evidence-based practices.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adjusted according to the individual needs and preferences of students.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records, complying with HIPAA and relevant regulations while ensuring prompt documentation of patient progress.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including educators and other mental health specialists, to provide holistic care to students.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer-review meetings to enhance the quality of care and professional development within our team.

• Provide psychoeducation and support to students and their families about mental health challenges, coping strategies, and available community resources.

• Stay informed on the latest developments in the mental health field, continually integrating new research into your clinical practices to deliver the highest quality of care.

• Manage a full caseload effectively, ensuring that therapeutic goals are met in a timely manner, while adhering to the ethical standards of practice outlined by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on students facing various mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues. As an LCSW in a school-based setting, you will work collaboratively with students from diverse backgrounds, each with unique life experiences and challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
