We're currently hiring Packaging Line Operators and Team Members who are excited to grow with us, thrive in a collaborative environment, and take pride in producing products that make a difference in people's lives.Core ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the Packaging Line Team, you'll be a vital part of the final stage in our production process — packaging and preparing our gummies for delivery to customers. From quality checks to line efficiency, your attention to detail will ensure that every bottle, jar, and pouch that leaves our facility meets the highest standards.Packaging Line OperatorSet up, operate, and monitor packaging machinery (bottle fillers, cappers, labelers, sealers, pouch fillers, etc.)Conduct line changeovers to accommodate different product SKUsMonitor equipment and make minor adjustments to maintain performance and minimize downtimeInspect and test packaging materials and product appearance for quality assuranceComplete documentation and batch records in compliance with cGMP standardsWork closely with maintenance and production supervisors to troubleshoot equipment issuesPerform basic machine maintenance and cleaning between runsSupport production goals by meeting daily output and efficiency standardsBottle/Jar FillerLoad empty bottles or jars onto the line for fillingEnsure gummies are accurately dispensed into each container based on product weight/volume specsMonitor fill weights and adjust equipment as neededKeep the filler and surrounding area clean and organizedCommunicate any out-of-spec product to the Packaging Line Operator immediatelyCapper/SealerApply and secure caps, seals, or lids based on packaging requirementsOperate torque verification tools to ensure proper seal tightnessInspect caps for defects or alignment issuesClear jams and replenish cap supplies as neededLabeling TechnicianSet up and operate labelers to apply product and compliance labelsPerform label alignment checks and inspect for air bubbles, wrinkles, or misprintsMaintain accurate label counts and lot trackingCoordinate with QA to verify label accuracy and placementPouch Line AssociateLoad pouches or bags into the packaging machineMonitor product fill, seal strength, and alignmentInspect pouches for damage, weight accuracy, and seal integrityOrganize filled pouches into cartons for final packagingCarton/Box PackoutInspect final packaged product for accuracy and presentationPack finished containers into cartons according to specificationsApply lot numbers, barcodes, and tamper-evident seals where requiredStack and prepare cartons on pallets for shipmentWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED (required)1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing, food, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical packaging environment (preferred)Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks with accuracyCapable of lifting 30–50 lbs. and working on your feet in a fast-paced environmentExperience working in a GMP/cGMP-regulated facility is a major plusReliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a teamComfortable using simple digital interfaces, barcode scanners, and measurement toolsWhat's in It for You?Competitive wages with growth potential and annual performance reviews3 weeks of paid time off starting in your first year — earn more the longer you stayOpportunities for internal promotion and cross-training in other departmentsSupportive leadership and a welcoming, inclusive team cultureClean, climate-controlled work environment with modern equipmentGummi World wellness productsReady to Build a Career with Purpose?At Gummi World, we believe your job should be more than a paycheck — it should be a place where you grow, contribute, and feel proud of what you do.
