Description: Manager needs a candidate who can start ASAP. Neuro experience is a hard stop. Candidate must have recent and comprehensive experience with globus, robotic/navigation, ALIFs, TLIFs, and ACDFs. The facility is licensed for 457 beds and serves as a Level 3 trauma center. Serves as a Stroke Center of Excellence and a Bariatric Center of Excellence. There are 19 operating rooms, and 17 rooms are blocked. The average number of cases per day is 50. The department culture is focused on OR culture. Call shifts average 6 shifts per 6-week schedule. Holiday expectations require travelers to work 75% of holidays. Weekend rotation involves every fourth weekend with either scheduled shifts or call coverage. Response time for call is 45 minutes. Traveler's permanent address must be located 50 miles outside of the home unit.
