Scheduler I

To support patient services, the full-time Scheduler I will coordinate scheduling and referrals, ensuring accurate appointment data entry while working remotely from the St. Louis, MO area. Key responsibilities Coordinates scheduling and referrals to other healthcare providers and services, obtaining approvals for changes or cancellations as necessary Assists with maintaining and updating provider contact information and ensures compliance with site-specific protocols Enters all medical appointments, special instructions, and patient information into the electronic medical system Required qualifications High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience Experience in a call center environment preferred Familiarity with Epic and medical terminology Excellent customer service skills No prior experience required
