Behavioral Health Manager

We are seeking a Manager of Behavioral Health to lead clinical teams in delivering compassionate, ethical patient care in accordance with recognized standards and care models. Key Responsibilities Include Developing and overseeing clinical programs and ensuring the safety and effective management of behavioral health units and operations. Exercising independent judgment with 24-hour accountability for clinical and operational issues. Coordinating team efforts to provide high-quality care aligned with organizational values. Qualifications And Skills Required Master's Degree in behavioral health, social work, counseling, or related field. Alaska Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist License at hire. At least 5 years of behavioral health or social services experience. Minimum of 3 years of management or supervisory experience. This Role Offers Full-time, day shift position with core hours.
