Warehouse Manager

About the Role We are looking for a dependable and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and ensure materials, inventory, and deliveries are handled efficiently. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, organization, and cleanliness Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and supplies Maintain accurate inventory counts and records Prepare and stage materials for upcoming jobs Coordinate material deliveries and pickups with project teams, vendors, and drivers Track materials coming in and going out of the warehouse Identify shortages, damaged materials, and inventory discrepancies Maintain an organized system for storing flooring materials, tools, and supplies Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed Coordinate with Project Managers and Project Coordinators to ensure materials are available when needed Help maintain safety standards and proper warehouse procedures Monitor warehouse supplies and communicate when materials need to be reordered Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory reporting Other warehouse and operational duties as needed Qualifications Previous warehouse or inventory management experience preferred Construction, flooring, or building materials experience is a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to lift and move materials as needed Comfortable using computers, email, and inventory/spreadsheet systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Reliable, dependable, and able to take ownership of warehouse operations Valid driver's license preferred What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Medical benefits Growth opportunities within a growing company Supportive, team-oriented work environment Hands-on experience in warehouse operations and project coordination Opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations and make a direct impact on the company’s success What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes pride in keeping a warehouse organized, efficient, and ready for the next job.
