Our growing wholesale business serves more than 700 retail partners across the United States and Canada, including jewelry stores, gift shops, and boutiques. About the Role We are looking for a customer-focused, organized, and detail-oriented B2B Customer Service & Trade Show Coordinator to join our team in Brickell, Miami. In this role, you will support our wholesale customers and sales representatives, manage orders and account inquiries, and help coordinate our participation in industry trade shows. You will handle show preparations and logistics, coordinate temporary staff, and travel to selected events to support booth setup, customer service, and sales activities. This position requires availability for occasional business travel and weekend work during trade shows. Note: A full background check is required for all candidates and employees. Key Responsibilities Wholesale Customer Support: Provide professional, responsive service to retail partners by phone, email, and through our wholesale platform. Order Management: Process wholesale orders, confirm product availability and pricing, track shipments, and resolve returns, discrepancies, and other account inquiries. Sales Representative Support: Work closely with our internal team and external sales representatives to prepare quotes, coordinate orders, and follow up on customer requests. Account Maintenance: Keep customer records, order details, pricing, and account information accurate and up to date. Trade Show Planning: Coordinate registration, deadlines, booth services, travel arrangements, accommodations, and other event logistics. Show Materials & Inventory: Organize product samples, displays, catalogs, supplies, and shipments to ensure everything arrives on time and is ready for each event. Temporary Staffing: Help recruit, schedule, and coordinate temporary booth staff, including communicating responsibilities and providing basic training. On-Site Show Support: Travel to selected trade shows, assist with booth setup and breakdown, welcome buyers, present products, and enter orders. Post-Show Follow-Up: Organize leads, follow up with prospective accounts, and coordinate order processing and fulfillment after each event. Team Collaboration: Work with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to provide a smooth experience for our wholesale partners. QualificationsMust-Haves Bilingual: Professional fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal. Relevant Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer service, wholesale account support, sales support, or event coordination. Travel Availability: Ability to travel to selected trade shows and work occasional weekends based on the event schedule. Organization: Strong planning skills and the ability to manage multiple orders, deadlines, and event details. Technology Skills: Proficiency with Excel, Google Workspace, and Mac computers, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly. Communication: Excellent email etiquette and a professional, friendly manner with customers, sales representatives, and vendors. Attention to Detail: Accuracy when handling orders, product information, pricing, and customer records. Hands-On Approach: Willingness to help with show preparation, packing, booth setup, and breakdown. Nice-to-Haves Experience supporting wholesale customers or independent sales representatives. Experience organizing or attending trade shows. Experience coordinating vendors or hiring temporary event staff. Prior experience in the jewelry industry. Familiarity with Shopify, wholesale ordering platforms, CRM systems, or inventory management software.
