Learning & Development Partner

ABM is hiring a Learning & Development Partner to serve as the dedicated onsite learning leader for the IMF account. This role is responsible for designing, facilitating, implementing, and measuring learning and development initiatives that strengthen workforce capability, employee engagement, leadership readiness, and operational excellence.

Working closely with operational leaders, Human Resources, and client stakeholders, the Learning & Development Partner translates workforce needs and business priorities into practical learning experiences that support employee growth, service delivery, technology adoption, and long-term organizational success.

This position requires a highly engaging facilitator, relationship builder, and business partner who can effectively work across all levels of the organization while owning execution of the account's learning strategy and training commitments.

This is an Onsite Role (Mon-Fri) .

Pay: $90,000 – $105,000

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s
education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Strategy & Program Management

• Develop and manage the account's learning and development roadmap.
• Identify skill gaps and development opportunities through workforce and business assessments.
• Coordinate and execute the annual training calendar.
• Monitor participation, completion, and effectiveness metrics.
• Ensure fulfillment of contractual training requirements.

Facilitation & Training Delivery

• Design and deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and workshop-based learning programs.
• Facilitate leadership, technical, compliance, safety, customer service, and professional development training.
• Develop training materials, job aids, guides, and supporting resources.
• Support onboarding and employee orientation programs.

Workforce Development

• Develop competency-based learning pathways for frontline employees, supervisors, and managers.
• Support certification, career progression, and succession readiness initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen employee development and retention efforts.

Change Management & Technology Adoption

• Support workforce readiness for new technologies, systems, and operational processes.
• Develop role-specific training and adoption plans.
• Measure learning effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.

Stakeholder Partnership

• Serve as the account's primary Learning & Development advisor.
• Build strong relationships with operational leaders, employees, HR, and client stakeholders.
• Present learning outcomes and recommendations to leadership teams.

Business Continuity, Engagement & Culture

• Business Continuity: Design and facilitate tabletop exercises and scenario-based drills to strengthen organizational readiness and resilience.
• Onboarding: Own the competency-based onboarding framework and foundational content, with managers leading role-specific integration and coaching.
• Engagement & Culture: Drive engagement, recognition, leadership events, and culture initiatives that strengthen retention, connection, and workforce effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Adult Learning, Organizational Development, Business, Education, Psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Training, or Organizational Development.
• Proven facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience supporting frontline or operational workforces.
• Strong relationship management and influencing abilities.
• Experience leading workforce development, onboarding, leadership development, and change initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and learning technologies.
