We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead frontline production teams and support daily manufacturing operations. You will coordinate resources, manage priorities, support employee development, and ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.

As the Operations Supervisor your responsibilities will include

• Leading and supporting frontline team members in achieving daily production targets and meeting customer expectations
• Allocating and coordinating resources based on production capacity, material availability, and customer demand
• Conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, recognizing achievement, and supporting team development
• Identifying and resolving day to day technical and operational issues while coaching employees on effective problem solving
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, production processes, and the overall production system

As the Operations Supervisor you will bring

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, build accountability, and foster a positive working environment
• Strong critical thinking and decision making skills with the ability to develop practical solutions to operational challenges
• Experience overseeing daily operations while balancing production priorities, quality, safety, and delivery targets
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and support employee development
• A Lean mindset with experience in 5S, continuous improvement, visual management, standardized work, and daily management systems, alongside strong computer and ERP skills
