Director of Sales

Remote | Nationwide Travel This isn't a "manage the accounts you already have" sales role. We're looking for a hunter-minded Director of Sales to take ownership of U.S. growth within the EAF steel market. You'll lead an established sales team while staying close to the customers, opportunities, and relationships that drive the business. Your Mission Own the U.S. sales strategy, pricing direction, and growth targets Expand existing accounts and win new business with EAF steelmakers Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals Build relationships across purchasing, operations, and plant leadership Drive national account strategy, forecasting, and pipeline development Partner directly with global leadership on U.S. market growth What Gets Our Attention Sales expertise within graphite electrodes, carbon/graphite products, refractories, or the EAF/steel supply chain Established relationships with EAF mills, mini-mills, or specialty steel producers Proven sales leadership with a true player-coach mentality Track record of developing hunters and winning new business Comfortable with nationwide customer travel Why This One?
