Patient Services Representative (PSR)

We’re partnering with a patient-centered neurology practice seeking Patient Services Representatives to support front office operations and patient coordination. These roles are ideal for individuals who bring professionalism, compassion, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced clinical setting.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing a welcoming and professional experience

• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments

• Verify patient demographics, insurance eligibility, and required documentation

• Obtain prior authorizations for visits, procedures, imaging, and medications

• Collect copays and assist with basic billing inquiries

• Manage incoming calls, faxes, and medical record requests

• Scan and upload documentation into the EHR system

• Coordinate referrals, diagnostic testing, and follow-up communication

What Your Work History Should Show

• 1–2 years of medical office or healthcare experience

• Experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations

• Knowledge of medical terminology

• Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office

• Strong customer service skills and professional phone etiquette

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a clinical environment

Additional Details

Schedule:

• Position 1: Wednesday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (immediate need)

• Position 2: Monday– Wednesday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (starting in June)

Pay Rate: $23.00–$24.00 per hour

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Model: Temp-to-Hire

Location: 100% onsite in Maple Valley
