Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of infants and toddlers to identify developmental delays and areas of need.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that each child's unique requirements are catered to.
\n
• Monitor and document the progress and outcomes of each child as part of the collaborative team, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize support and intervention.
\n
• Provide educational and emotional support to families, equipping them with tools to foster their child's development and advocating for services as required.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations pertaining to child welfare and mental health standards.

• Develop strong rapport with children, parents, and team members, fostering a nurturing and supportive learning environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As part of our commitment to early intervention, you will work primarily with babies and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. You will help families navigate the complexities of early intervention services, ensuring that each child's growth in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills is supported.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential recognized by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver's license is preferred for travel to in-person meetings with families, as required.

• Demonstrated ability and confidence in adapting approaches to accommodate various learning styles, ensuring effective support for each child's treatment plan.

• Commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices, emphasizing naturalistic and family-centered approaches to therapy and intervention.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
