Insurance Sales Producer — Brightway, The Villafana Agency | Independent Agency | P&C Licensed
About the Opportunity
The Villafana Agency in Houston, TX is looking for a driven, licensed producer ready to grow a book of business. You'll work in-office with full access to Brightway's carrier network, agency support, and uncapped commission. .
What This Role Involves
- Prospect and close personal lines business — auto, home, and life
- Convert inbound leads supplied by the agency into new customers
- Recommend coverage based on each client's actual risk and needs
- Stay on pace with (and beat) monthly sales targets
What We're Looking For
- Active P&C license
- 1–3 years of relevant sales or insurance experience
- Confident, consultative communication style
- A self-starter mentality — you manage your own pipeline
