Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include providing therapeutic services to couples and families, as well as individual therapy sessions. You will work directly with clients to address and facilitate the resolution of various issues, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol abuse and dependencies.
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse recovery.
\n
• Grief and loss processing.
\n
• Family conflict resolution, including sibling disagreements.
\n
• Helping families cope with cut-offs and communication difficulties.
\n
• Stress management related to job pressures.
\n
• Adjustment to changes stemming from medical issues.
\n
• Support for blended families and issues surrounding remarriage.
\n
• Guidance through separation and divorce, including adjustment periods.
\n
• Mother/daughter dynamics and other familial relationships.

Through your expertise, you will play an essential role in improving clients' mental health and overall family dynamics, contributing to our goal of facilitating healthier relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will span a diverse population, including adults, adolescents, and their families. You will primarily address issues that affect relationships and family structures, necessitating a strong understanding of various psychological challenges that individuals and families face. The goal is to tailor interventions that resonate with each client’s unique circumstances and foster an environment of trust and growth.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Preferred Experience\n

While recently licensed candidates are encouraged to apply, we also welcome individuals with prior experience in therapeutic settings, particularly those who have worked with family dynamics and relationship issues. Having experience with various treatment modalities will enhance your ability to connect and relate to clients. Flexibility in availability is preferred to accommodate varying schedules of clients, ideally facilitating at least 30 hours of therapy work per week.

Compensation and Benefits\n
