Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to address client needs.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 individual clients per week, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing and personal growth.

• Document clinical notes and evaluations in compliance with company policies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in client record-keeping.

• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients compassionately and understanding their unique situations and needs.

• Collaborate with case managers, medical personnel, families, and other stakeholders to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Leverage creativity in therapy methods and activities to help clients set and surpass their personal objectives and improve their mental health outcomes.

As an LMFT at Village Behavioral Health Clinic, you will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, couples, and families experiencing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
