Executive Assistant - Legal & Compliance Team

A leading Private Equity firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior members of its legal team in New York.

This is a highly visible role ideal for a polished, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being a true strategic partner. The successful candidate will provide seamless day-to-day support while collaborating closely with teams across the organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing complex calendars and coordinating internal and external meetings
• Organizing travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and expense reporting
• Preparing presentations, correspondence, and other business materials
• Assisting with documentation, record maintenance, and operational processes
• Partnering cross-functionally with teams across the business
• Supporting onboarding, compliance-related processes, and ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of senior-level Executive Assistant experience, preferably within financial services, professional services, or a corporate legal environment
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication skills and professional presence
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Word
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and solutions-driven mindset
