Sales Executive - Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive

Summary Brand representative role providing luxury customer service at the Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive flagship. The Sales Executive drives retail sales, meets personal and store targets, and builds lasting client relationships through clienteling and outstanding product knowledge. The role also supports merchandising, inventory and loss prevention procedures while maintaining an impeccable store presentation. Responsibilities Drive sales by selling merchandise and achieving individual and store sales goals. Deliver high-level customer service including greeting, advising and clienteling to build strong client relationships. Accurately complete sales transactions and maintain cash and media accountability at the POS. Support merchandising, display maintenance, floor moves and overall store housekeeping. Process, replenish and receive merchandise; participate in cycle and semi-annual inventory counts. Coordinate incoming and outgoing merchandise repairs with the Corporate office. Follow company policies and loss prevention procedures and report suspected theft. Unload deliveries, lift and carry boxes and stock merchandise in appropriate areas. Requirements Self-sufficient, proactive attitude with strong organizational skills and follow-through. Proven history of meeting or exceeding individual and store sales targets; clienteling skills preferred. Ability to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays. Strong oral and written communication skills, multitasking ability and computer literacy. Prior luxury retail experience preferred; foreign language skills a plus. Ability to lift and handle deliveries and maintain presentation standards for jewelry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
