Role Overview

Apply advanced mathematical expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through rigorous, high-quality problem-solving, proof writing, analysis, and feedback. This remote contract opportunity is suited to mathematicians who enjoy research-level work and communicating complex ideas clearly. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

Author and review advanced mathematical problems, solutions, and proofs across calculus and other higher-mathematics domains.
Design and analyze mathematical challenges, providing rigorous feedback that ensures clarity and accuracy.
Evaluate and refine mathematical content for AI training datasets.
Develop technical analyses, explanations, and justifications with research-level rigor.
Use research methodology to develop and verify mathematical concepts and techniques.
Explain complex mathematical ideas precisely and accessibly in written and verbal formats for varied audiences.
Collaborate with project teams and provide domain expertise that improves AI learning processes.

Qualifications

BSc, MSc, or PhD in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or a closely related field.
Experience producing research papers, proofs, or technical analyses in academic or applied settings.
Advanced knowledge of calculus, mathematical proof writing, advanced mathematics, and mathematical problem-solving.
Strong critical-thinking, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
Background in research methodology and mathematical content development.
Experience with collaborative projects or international research initiatives is a plus.

Work Terms

Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

$80 to $90 per hour.
