Payroll Process & HRIS Program Lead
Location: SW Portland, OR (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
Compensation: $125,000+ base + annual bonus (DOE)
CV Resources is partnering with a global industry leader to identify a Payroll Systems & HR Technology Lead to join their corporate team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced payroll systems professional who enjoys leading cross-functional initiatives, driving process improvements, and optimizing enterprise payroll technology.

What You'll Do- Lead payroll systems projects, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives
- Partner with Payroll, HR, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to optimize payroll technology
- Support system configuration, testing, implementations, and ongoing enhancements
- Analyze complex payroll system issues and develop scalable solutions
- Drive process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
- Support integrations, reporting, data integrity, and system performance
- Ensure payroll systems remain compliant with internal controls and regulatory requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Payroll Systems, HRIS, Payroll Operations, or a related field
- Experience supporting enterprise payroll platforms (ADP Vantage experience is highly preferred)
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Understanding of payroll processing, compliance, and multi-state payroll environments
- Experience with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience working in SOX-controlled or highly regulated environments is a plus
