Stratton Security Group | Beverly Hills, CA 90210 Full‑Time & Part‑Time Available ON‑Call Duties Offered $24.00–$25.00 per hour Stratton Security Group is seeking professional Armed Executive Estate Security Officers to protect private residences, executive estates, and distinguished clients throughout Beverly Hills. We are looking for dependable, well‑groomed professionals who understand that executive residential security requires discretion, exceptional customer service, strong situational awareness, and uncompromising professionalism. Responsibilities Secure executive estates and private residences. Control resident, guest, vendor, and contractor access using established security protocols. Verify visitor credentials and maintain detailed visitor logs. Conduct interior and exterior security patrols. Monitor CCTV, alarms, and security systems. Protect residents, family members, guests, staff, and property. Respond professionally to emergencies and security incidents. Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports. Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times. Exercise sound judgment, confidentiality, and discretion while interacting with high‑profile clients and their guests. Report security concerns proactively and communicate effectively with management and clients. Minimum Qualifications Valid California Guard Card Valid California Firearms Permit Valid Driver's License Clean background Minimum one year of executive protection or estate security experience preferred CPR/First Aid certification preferred Professional Standards Executive estate security demands exceptional reliability. Officers are expected to arrive well‑rested, physically fit for duty, properly equipped, professionally groomed, and prepared to perform at the highest level throughout every shift.
