Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is necessary if not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in California.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
