Senior Engineer

Accountable for Technology, Infrastructure, & Operations projects impacting company security and operational efficiency, the full-time Senior Engineer will maintain applications and systems while providing third-tier support and strategic planning in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage and coordinate the deployment and expansion of the technology operations environment Identify potential problems with operational services and develop effective solutions Provide on-call infrastructure support during non-business hours Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or relevant technology certifications Four to eight years of experience in implementing systems and networking in large managed environments Knowledge of Microsoft operating environments, particularly M365 technologies, AVD, and Cloud PC technologies Effective project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within small interactive teams of technical and non-technical associates
