Job Responsibilities:

• Processes/Inputs orders for assigned accounts, order changes and cancellations.
• Tracks late orders upon request and provides information to requestor.
• Provides customer service support functions to include: filing, POD issue resolution, special order requests, maintain client/customer/broker lists, communicate late payment information , verify credits, communicates order issues.
• Processes credits and debits.
• Handles shipments and payments.
• Confirms shipments with trucking companies and distributors.
• Creates and mails invoices and verifies invoice payments.
• Provides customer service support functions.
