Administrative Assistant

$18 - $23 per hour

USA Foundation Repair

USA Foundation Repair is seeking a detail-oriented, multi-tasked Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations in the foundation department and ensuring smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a strong ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities: • Handle all incoming calls from multiple lines, schedule appointments, and confirm for the Sales team. • Greet and assist all incoming customers with professionalism and courtesy. • Strong customer service skills in dealing with customers. • Answer and manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel. • Schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain an organized appointment calendar. • Support other departments as needed with various tasks. • Perform administrative office duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining records, creating spreadsheet reports, and inputting payroll. • Assist in organizing and coordinating office operations to ensure efficiency. • Prepare and maintain Spreadsheets. • Keep up with product supply in the shop and warehouse. • Communicate with the foreman and the sales team regarding appointments and calendars. Qualifications: • Prior experience in an office setting or related field is advantageous. • Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry is essential. • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail are required. • Experience as an office manager or administrator is a plus. • Bilingual proficiency is preferred. Compensation: $18 - $23 hourly
