Radiation Oncologist – Partnership Track Opportunity – Hematology‑Oncology Associates of Central New York (HOACNY) Hematology‑Oncology Associates of Central New York (HOACNY), a physician‑owned oncology practice, is seeking a BE/BC Radiation Oncologist, due to a planned retirement. Join our multidisciplinary cancer team of 12 medical oncologists and 3 radiation oncologists in a stable, independent practice with a strong regional reputation, advanced technology, and a robust clinical trial research program. Confirm diagnoses and review pathology, imaging, and multidisciplinary input to ensure accurate clinical decision‑making. Develop individualized radiation treatment plans using 3D/4D imaging, advanced contouring, and evidence‑based protocols. Deliver advanced radiation therapies including IMRT/VMAT, SBRT/SRS, IGRT, and combined‑modality treatments. Treat benign conditions, including osteoarthritis and other inflammatory disorders, using low‑dose radiotherapy. Participate in radiopharmaceutical therapy programs, including patient selection, dosing, administration oversight, and follow‑up. Monitor patients throughout treatment, managing symptoms, assessing response, and ensuring safety. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with referring physicians. Support practice growth through community outreach, networking, and strengthening referral pathways. Contribute to APEX quality initiatives, protocol development, and continuous improvement efforts. Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with patients, families, and care teams. Exhibit empathy, emotional resilience, and patient‑centered decision‑making.
