Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician

Our organization is looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to become a part of our established team in Camillus, NY. You will be joining a well-supported and collaborative outpatient practice that values innovative ideas and encourages physicians to pursue their clinical interests and passions, within appropriate limits.

Located at 5301 W. Genesee Street, Camillus, NY 13031 , our Primary Care Center provides routine healthcare services for adults and seniors. This includes annual physical examinations for health maintenance, work, school, or insurance purposes. Our office delivers comprehensive care for various illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions, as well as preventive immunizations and vaccinations. We also offer women's health services, including annual pelvic exams and Pap smears, along with preventive health and wellness services such as cancer screenings.

• Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM
• Shared rotational call among physicians
• Physician-governed organization with a physician-led Joint Oversight Committee

• Utilization of the EPIC EMR system, with robust clinical and administrative support

• New York State licensure and DEA registration are mandatory
• Board Certified or Board Eligible status
• Open to both experienced candidates and new graduates

Our organization offers a comprehensive salary and benefits package, which includes:

• Base Salary: $225,000 - $242,000
• This salary range reflects the starting total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, or other applicable cash compensation. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is in accordance with state law and may vary based on the factors mentioned.
• Starting Bonus: $50,000, paid as a one-time amount in the first payroll month after employment begins
• Retention Bonus: $25,000 payable in the second payroll cycle after the first anniversary, and another $25,000 payable in the second payroll cycle after the second anniversary
• Resident Compensation: $2,500 per month

• CME: Time and expense allowance provided
