Head Baker

The head baker will be responsible for production and service of all pastry and bread items for a soon to open daytime operation at Cove. This position will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Responsible for organizing and executing daily prep list
• Creating and refining recipe booklets, prep sheets, bake schedules, and training materials
• Handle production of baked goods, bread, prepared goods, and more
• Assisting with packaging and production of other menu items as necessary
• Participate in research and development for new items
• Keeping the kitchen clean and organized
• Overseeing all ordering for the daytime operation, including paper goods and packaging materials
• Participating in weekly deep cleaning and basement storage organization

Skills & Requirements:

• 3 years of professional experience in a high volume pastry or bread program
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Early morning availability required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Compensation: Salary ($67,500.00 - $72,500.00)
