Everything from licensing and portfolio development to prosecution and tech transactions.Why join us?A great landing spot to be able to service your clients without large firm overheadAbove market compensation for the business that you bring in.Job DetailsWhat You'll DoTake primary responsibility for preparing and prosecuting patent applications across diverse technical areasGuide clients on building and strengthening their portfolios, shaping competitive advantages, and planning long-range IP objectivesCultivate and maintain relationships with technology companies, founders, and research teamsWork closely with a group of seasoned practitioners who value clear thinking, practical judgment, and thoughtful strategyOperate seamlessly in a remote practice supported by modern, cloud-driven toolsDeepen existing client relationships while helping drive the continued expansion of the practiceWhat We're Looking ForA minimum of 10 years dedicated to patent prosecutionA portable practice suitable for a partner-level role, with at least $300K in existing workActive USPTO credentials and a technical foundation capable of supporting complex portfoliosDemonstrated experience drafting, prosecuting, and overseeing high-quality patent mattersThe ability to excel in a virtual environment centered on senior-level execution and direct client engagementA business-minded approach, excellent communication abilities, and a dedication to practical, client-oriented solutionsInterested in hearing more?
