Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Write repair orders for express maintenance services
• Communicate recommended maintenance and service needs
• Coordinate vehicle flow through the express service lane
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process
• Ensure every customer has an outstanding dealership experience
• Work closely with technicians and service staff to maximize efficiency

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
• Computer proficiency
• Automotive experience is preferred but not requiredwe're willing to train the right candidate
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
