Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

Are you an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal who enjoys managing sophisticated transactions from contract through closing?

A well-established Gwinnett County law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support a busy shareholder with a sophisticated commercial real estate practice. The role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, development projects, and commercial financing.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of transactions, anticipates what's needed before being asked, and takes pride in keeping complex deals moving forward.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing
• Prepare, organize, and manage closing documents
• Review title commitments, surveys, and due diligence materials
• Coordinate with lenders, title companies, clients, and opposing counsel
• Prepare closing binders and maintain transaction files
• Assist with commercial leases and loan documentation
• Track deadlines and proactively manage multiple active transactions

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience
• Experience handling acquisitions, sales, financing, and commercial development matters
• Strong understanding of title review, surveys, and commercial closing procedures
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Professional communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting a busy practice
