Accounts Payable Specialist – Menifee, CA Position Overview Full‑time Accounts Payable Specialist needed to join a stable manufacturing facility in Menifee, CA. Responsibilities include managing vendor invoice processing and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. Responsibilities Process vendor invoices and approvals in a timely manner. Prepare and execute payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation. Coordinate with procurement and finance to resolve payment issues. Assist with month‑end closing and reporting as required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred. 1–3 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in manufacturing or construction. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office.
